<p>Losing weight does not have to be boring. Invite a friend or two to join you. Try to find some people who are also trying to lose weight. Use each other for support systems, and help each other accomplish those weight loss goals. Motivation is very important, so always try to make a few positive comments to each other.</p>
<p>Try to eat more often. That&#8217;s right, by eating more often throughout the day, it will help you lose weight more quickly. Most people eat 3 big meals a day which are breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, try to eat 5-7  smaller meals. By eating 5-7 smaller meals a day you will boost your metabolism. The higher your metabolic rate the more calories you burn at rest.</p>
<p>Never eat to the point where you feel too full. Most people eat far more than they need to. Next time you go to a restaurant, share the meal with your friend. The portions in most restaurants are usually two times the right serving size. By sharing with your friend, you save money, and avoid a big calorie intake. Be sure to eat a well balanced meal. You should always have a salad, or fruit with all of your meals. </p>
<p>Those were just some tips you can follow to lose weight. You don&#8217;t have to follow all of the tips above at once. Start slow, make one change at a time until you are happy with your weight. The important thing is to never quit and give up. You have to keep yourself motivated because after you lose the weight, you still have to keep it off. Keeping the weight off is going to be more difficult, but with the right attitude and effort it can be done. Everyone&#8217;s body is different, try to experiment with different methods, and once you find the best one, stick with it</p>

It happens so many times when we feel and in fact plan to do something to shed off some loads form the body. But our plans are not materialized due to lack of seriousness. Otherwise, only exercise and balanced diet would be enough to attain what we seek.</p>
<p>If you are unsure which work out would be perfect, you can enlist in a gym. This can turn out to be the best move made by you so far. You will find many around you who have successfully dealt with weight issues. Talking with them will show you light definitely.</p>
<p>There are many as well who have tried but nothing actually happened, but most of the occasions you will find that they weren&#8217;t serious enough.</p>
<p>Everyday you will find more advertisement on weight losing tools, work out instruments and so on. Every time you open the television there are celebrities saying a lot of thnigs about the success they have achieved. Why will it be impossible for you to lose some kilos as well?</p>

<p>When nothing works you might like to go for surgical treatments for weight loss. Or you can even consult a physician for any product available in the market. You will succeed in one way or another if you can win the mental fights in the first place.</p>

<p>Bad diet is the main reason why the population are overweight. Diet controls the energy in our bodies, our emotions, our weight, in effect &#8211; us. </p>
<p>Often we mistake diet as a means to starve our bodies of food, but it does not have to be so painful.</p>
<p>* Always look at your fruits and vegetables. It is too simple to say that they are good for you, but that point must be reaffirmed every time. EAT MORE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES! But as usual, there is a proviso &#8211; too much fruit = too much sugar.</p>
<p>So, beware of fruit diets as they may not be healthy as you might think. </p>
<p>* Try to cut out the cookies, ice cream and pies after dinner. You probably know that this is really bad for your diet, but it is always good to be reminded again. NO PIES AFTER MEALS!</p>
<p>Cut down your oils and fats intake, and consume more healthier oils like olive oil. Then cut down on your sweets intake. Nothing too drastic, start by reducing by half and work from there. </p>
<p>* Reduce Carbohydrates &#8211; this is the main energy source for your body. The body first consumes carbohydrates then the fats, and finally the proteins when supplying us with energy. </p>
<p>Any calories left over will be converted into fat. So reduce your carbohydrates to a level of 60% of your total dietary intake. Reduce your potatoes, rice pasta and you&#8217;ll be on the way to a healthier diet.</p>
<p>* Another great method of reducing your fat consumption that is becoming popular recently is the use of Fat Binders which are known bind to approx 28% of the fat you take into your body. <p>Have you noticed it? There is a bunch of information on the Internet about &#8220;calorie types.&#8221; </p>
<p> There are articles out there going on about &#8220;what kind of calories to eat to lose weight&#8221; or &#8220;why you should be aware of calorie types.&#8221; I saw one that goes into the &#8220;fact&#8221; that there are 3 types of calories &#8211; protein, fat and carbohydrates!</p>
<p> We are talking about people who are doing serious time in la-la land here.</p>
<p> Calories are not things. You can&#8221;t see them and you certainly can&#8217;t eat them! What is a calorie then&#8221; It is the energy required to raise the temperature of a gram of water 1 degree Centigrade.</p>
<p> Since a calorie is a measurement of energy, it makes about as much sense to talk about carbohydrate calories vs. fat calories as it does to talk about red inches vs. green inches. An inch is an inch and a calorie is a calorie.</p>
<p> We can however, talk about things like the amount of energy in food. We can also talk about the amount of energy you burn when you perform some task, such as walking, raking leaves of shoveling snow.</p>
<p> When we talk about the energy in food or the energy used up by an activity, we use the word calories to indicate how much energy we are talking about.</p>
<p> Some foods are packed with more energy than others. In the same way we expect a bag holding a pound of feathers to be much bigger than a bag holding a pound of coal, we expect for the same number of calories, the pile of lettuce to be much bigger than the pile of grease dripping french-fries.</p>
<p> This fact lays the foundation for some diets and it is also the basis for long term weight control. The feeling we have when we feel &#8220;satisfied&#8221; after eating is actually quite complex &#8211; too complex for us to go into here. </p>
<p> But I can say that the relationship between volume of food and number of calories is very important when it comes to weight control. If we can find foods that supply large quantities but small numbers of calories, we stand a better chance of feeling satisfied while not gaining (and maybe even losing) weight.</p>
<p> The notion that there are &#8220;types&#8221; of calories needs to be replaced with the idea that different foods contain different amounts of energy. </p>
<p> Also, if weight loss is our goal, then what we ultimately want to do is burn more calories during the day with our activities than we take in when we eat.</p>

<p>Hundreds of products come out every single day claiming to help you burn fat and build muscle in minutes, days or weeks. These products never work! And you know it. You either end up using that product and screwing yourself up, or you listen to others who bought the product and screwed themselves up.</p>
<p>There certainly are good ones out there too but very rarely will you find one that helps you stay lean for over a year while allowing you to actually enjoy your life. Most of these routines are easily adapted by your body in like 5 to 8 sessions of the same workout over and over again. These routines usually provided a plan that will only last for like a month or two. What then?</p>
<p>Did you know that muscle burns a lot of fat just to survive in your body? Therefore, the easiest way to burn fat and build muscle is by actually focus on building muscle, and the fat will just go away helping your muscle to grow in the process!</p>
<p>1. Always go for exercises that target major muscles like the Back, Legs, Chest. Doing exercises for these muscles work all the other muscle fibers at the same time. This gives greater growth for the less but highly intense effort! Deadlifts are more intense than doing leg presses.</p>
<p>2. If you want real muscle growth, you need to work hard in every workout. Go to your max. Compete against yourself in your previous workout. If you did 8 reps Bench Press with 150 lbs last week, go for 9 or 10 reps with the same weight in your next workout. Or increase your weight and train to failure. Keep progressing in every workout.</p>
<p>3. Eat to build lean muscle not fatty jiggle. Focus on feeding your body with low GI carbs, fruits and green fibrous vegetables to build the lean, ripped body you need. Stay away from junk food. </p>
<p>4. If you want to get great results, you need to take a week off every 8 to 10 weeks. This rest is necessary for your body to prevent injury and overtraining. Believe me, you will burn fat and build a lot of muscle even in your week off since your body finally has the chance to repair weeks of intense training.</p>
<p>5. Focus on free weights and body weight exercises. Never use a machine unless it is for something like a kneeling cable crunch which is a great exercise for the abs.</p>
<p>The 5 simple tweaks or one would say changes to your current efforts can bring great results to your progress in the future. You will lose a lot of fat and get more ripped and defined if you follow the steps accordingly to achieve your dream body in no time!</p>
