Bad diet is the main reason why the population are overweight. Diet controls the energy in our bodies, our emotions, our weight, in effect – us.
Often we mistake diet as a means to starve our bodies of food, but it does not have to be so painful.
* Always look at your fruits and vegetables. It is too simple to say that they are good for you, but that point must be reaffirmed every time. EAT MORE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES! But as usual, there is a proviso – too much fruit = too much sugar.
So, beware of fruit diets as they may not be healthy as you might think.

* Reduce Carbohydrates – this is the main energy source for your body. The body first consumes carbohydrates then the fats, and finally the proteins when supplying us with energy.
Any calories left over will be converted into fat. So reduce your carbohydrates to a level of 60% of your total dietary intake. Reduce your potatoes, rice pasta and you’ll be on the way to a healthier diet.
