Kidney

The kidneys filter the water in your blood as the blood flows through them. Kdneys can filter about 4 gallons of water everyday, out of this 3 pints are purged out as urine. Too much alcohol and sugar consumption can damage the kidney because they damage the kidney cells and weaken the kidney functions.

Intake of water is essential to minimize toxins from accumulating in the body and skin. Daily consumption of clean water aids kidneys to remove toxins and excess nutrients/vitamins/minerals from the blood stream. When you consume enough water kidneys will do the work of extracting excess waste from the blood and free up the skin from doing that work.

A human skin needs to be moist all times to protect itself from toxins and bacteria that try to get into the body through the skin pores. If you are not into drinking too much water, substitute with fruits, vegetables and fresh fruit juices. Don’t try to cheat the body by drinking sodas and other sugar added drinks!

Lungs

As you breathe in air, the two large sacs in your body called lungs extract the oxygen and passes on to the blood. This in turn gets routed to your liver and moved into your heart and then moved to all parts of the body. As you breathe out, waste and carbon dioxide are pushed out from the system through the mouth.

Your body requires energy for its movements. This energy is created by the cells using the oxygen. Oxygen is also used to neutralize toxins, waste and pathogen.

Your cells use oxygen to create energy for you to live by. You need energy for every movement your body does. Oxygen is also used to neutralize toxins, waste and pathogen. So if your body contains more toxins, acid waste and pathogens, the more oxygen is used up to neutralize them. As a result there will be less oxygen in the system for cell, organ and other body functions.

If your bodys other elimination channels are weak and overloaded, the lungs will have to pickup the job of eliminating the toxic waste from the system and eventually will be overloaded as well. As a result more waste stays in the body, making it more toxic, acid and susceptible to disease and infections.

Weaker lungs, kidney and liver functions will lead to skin disorders, such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc.

Lymphatic System

The toxins within the cells are moved out by liquid call lymph. This liquid flows through a combination of large and small tubes, which is part of the immune system, called Lymphatic system. Also, the lymph liquid brings in the nutrients from the blood to the cell. The removed toxins from the cell will be moved to the lymph nodes and then gets passed on to the blood to eliminate through other channels.

A strong lymph liquid is built when you consume fruits and vegetable since they are composed of electrolyte minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium phosphorus, and chloride. When the body does not have enough electrolyte minerals, excess toxic waste accumulates in the lymph liquid. As a result the body will have a difficult time fighting infections wherever they occur, including the face. When you lymph system becomes weaken, it is unable to detoxify toxins and routes them into the blood where the liver is expected to clean the blood. Keeping you lymph system strong is important for keeping your skin free of blemishes, skin disorders, eczema and acne.
